Communication Department / Front Desk

The Front Desk provides many services. The following are some of the many transactions and services available at the Front Desk:

  • Visitor check-in
  • 24- hour concierge service
  • Information
  • Monitoring of the Alarm Engineering Pendent System
  • Notification of absence of 24 hours or more
  • Maintenance request forms
  • Copies and faxes

Visitors are welcome on our campus! To ensure the safety and security of our residents and staff, we require all visitors to register and sign in at the Front Desk upon their arrival. Visitors may be required to have temperatures taken (or other screening measures as necessary) to ensure safety for The Woodlands community.
